Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Fionetix Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), including software development, IT consulting, system integration, and related technology services. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Service Agreements
All services are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW) between you and Fionetix Solutions. The specific refund and cancellation terms in your agreement take precedence over this general policy. Where no specific terms exist, this policy applies.
3. Cancellation by Client
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment, minus any reasonable administrative costs incurred.
- During Project Execution: If you cancel during an active project, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable expenses. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 30 business days.
- After Delivery: Once a deliverable has been delivered and accepted (as defined in the agreement), it is generally non-refundable. If you believe the deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, please see Section 5 (Dispute Resolution).
4. Cancellation by Fionetix Solutions
If we cancel a project for any reason not attributable to the client, you will receive a full refund of all payments made for undelivered work within 30 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions at no additional cost, partial refund, or other mutually agreed remedies.
If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, either party may pursue mediation or arbitration as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, but we aim to process all refunds within 30 business days of approval.
7. EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital services, the 14-day cooling-off period may apply unless you have expressly consented to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. US Consumer Rights
For clients in the United States, refund rights are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement and any applicable state consumer protection laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us.
