Payment Policy

1. Overview
This Payment Policy outlines the payment terms and conditions for services provided by Fionetix Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the payment terms described below, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
2. Pricing
All pricing for our services is provided in the proposal, quote, or statement of work (SOW) agreed upon prior to project commencement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement (typically USD or BDT)
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and government levies, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for ongoing services with 30 days' written notice
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total project value) may be required before work commences, as specified in the agreement
- Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be structured around agreed milestones. Each milestone payment is due within 14 days of milestone completion and client approval
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final delivery, payable within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Recurring Services: For ongoing or retainer-based services, invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days of invoice date
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank wire transfer (domestic and international)
- Online payment platforms as mutually agreed
- Other methods as specified in the service agreement
All bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
5. Invoicing
Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the client. Each invoice will include a detailed description of the services rendered, the amount due, payment due date, and payment instructions.
6. Late Payments
- Payments not received within the agreed payment terms are considered overdue
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower)
- We may suspend work on active projects until overdue payments are settled
- Persistent non-payment may result in termination of services and pursuit of legal remedies
7. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT (Value Added Tax), GST, sales tax, or withholding tax, unless we are required by law to collect them. If we are required to charge VAT or similar tax, it will be added to the invoice.
For clients in the EU: VAT will be charged in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. Reverse charge may apply for B2B transactions.
For clients in the UK: VAT will be charged in accordance with UK VAT legislation where applicable.
8. Currency
All invoices will be issued in the currency specified in the service agreement. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the client for international payments.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
